Unique and personal invitations

The words 'unique' and 'personal' are much overused these days. The word 'unique' (literally 'without equal or like') is often used to describe something which, whilst perhaps not usual, is nevertheless generally available to everyone. Similarly, the word 'personal' is often used to describe something which is merely personalised.

All wedding invitations are, of course, personalised with both the names of the bride and groom and the location of the wedding and reception but, unless you design and print your own, the wedding invitations themselves cannot be described as unique.

Woodease SkyChart wedding invitations are genuinely unique and personal. Each set of invitations is created for one wedding and one wedding alone.

Using a combination of satellite location technology accurate to 1/10,000 of a degree and the most advanced astronomy software available, the face of each invitation depicts the celestial sky - the stars and planets - above the precise location of the ceremony at the exact time and on the exact date of the wedding.

Woodease SkyChart wedding invitations are available in a range of four heavyweight (170gsm) parchment cards and a choice of six different styles. You may, if you wish, have a different style on the face of the invitation to the inside; the choice is entirely yours.

On receipt of your order a proof copy of your own unique and personal invitation, in the style(s) and on the parchment card you choose and depicting the celestial sky above the precise location of your wedding at the exact time and on the exact date, will be created and sent to you. If any alterations to the style or layout are required we will create and send a further proof or proofs of the invitation for your approval. Only after you have approved the proof invitation will we print the complete order.

Woodease SkyChart wedding invitations cost just £40 for the first 30 invitations; additional invitations ordered at the same time cost £0.75 each. Should you require extra invitations after your initial order has been completed they cost £1.00 each, with no minimum order quantity. All invitations are supplied with an envelope and all prices include Post and Packing - there are no hidden charges.
